After playing a supporting role in "Precious Babes 三个女人一个宝", the production team called me back for another production, and this time as the first male lead. Woots!
"Prosperity 喜事年年" also happens to be the last production that "Matrix Vision" will be churning out. This is the same production house that brought you award winning productions "奶爸百分比百", "3 and a Half Women", "Light Years" etc. A great loss to our TV industry if you ask me.
Regardless, I was honored to be in the casted in the final production and playing a uber geek no less!
"Prosperity 喜事年年" is a Chinese New Year drama, so you can expect light hearted family humor throughout the 22 episodes but before you strike this off as another family drama, you might be glad to know that younger actors are carrying more than half the weight of the production this time round. Including me, newly crowned best actress in Asia Rebecca Lim Hui Lin, Yuan Shuai, Malaysian actress Tiffany and Lee Mei Ling Tracy.
